At Goonellabah Physiotherapy Centre we pride ourselves in providing quality Team Care Arrangements through constant communication with your GP or Specialist about your condition and recovery progress.

Please bring your Dr Referral to your initial appointment.

My Doctor gave me an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC).

If you have received an EPC you are eligible for a portion of the fee to be refunded by Medicare for your allocated physiotherapy sessions.

What to do next

  • Make an appointment
  • Bring your EPC form to your initial visit
  • After your appointment – After full payment, if you have your bank details registered with Medicare, we can process your refund at our practice providing you have your linked savings or cheque account card.
