Significant health benefits are seen in adults aged over 65yrs and older who participate in regular physical activity. Older adults need to evaluate their level of fitness prior to commencing which  physical activity level they should undertake. Consult a GP if you have any concerns with which activity may suit you best particularly if you already have some health problems.

Remember to always start slowly and increase the physical activity you have chose gradually over a period of weeks to months.
